Henry The Fifth
A true ginger beer fit for a king! Brewed in honor and by request of FSB Founding Member Tobin Denney, whose constant and tireless assistance to both the FSB co-op and the entire St. Anne's Hill community continues to be invaluable. Starting with a light golden ale base, over 40 lbs. of fresh ginger are added throughout the brewing process to achieve that genuine, spicy kick the best ginger beers have. Looking for a bit more than a beer today? Ask for a Dayton Mule made with FSB's Henry The Fifth and taste the difference quality brewing makes.

Ludwig's
FSB Member-Owner Randy Simmons hand-selects beers and breweries to participate in the annual Springboro Oktoberfest; this authentic Kolsch was created to celebrate the 2017 festivities. While the same grain and hops bills found in FSB's 1600 are used during brewing, Ludwig's is fermented with a traditional German ale yeast strain to produce a light, refreshingly malty ale with just a touch of minerals from the recipe's water profile.

Biere de Garde
Biere de Garde means "beer for keeping" and is traditionally brewed in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region of France and cellared. FSB's recipe uses farmhouse yeast that fades during finishing to let Munich, Special Aromatic, and brown malts shine, producing a maltier, rounder version of a saison that lacks its spicing and tartness. Amber in color and offering just enough noble hops to clean the palate, this ale pairs well with most meats and nutty cheeses.

Hop Harvest
For the third year in a row, FSB has teamed with Little Miami Farms and their hops to create a harvest beer. Made with Haus Malts Pilsner and triticale malts, this pale ale is minimally bittered during brewing so that the flavor and aroma from the 40 lbs. of freshly picked hop cones that are added to the kettle at the end of the boil are maximized, giving a "fresh picked" flavor to the beer. Enjoy the fruits of the harvest!

Brussels Hustle
This Belgian-style IPA starts with a Pilsner and wheat malt base that gets hopped with Azzaca and Lemondrop hops and then fermented with a farmhouse yeast strain. The resulting interplay of yeast and hops give the beer a bright herbal-lemon aroma and flavors of white pepper and tropical fruit.

Pleasing notes of chocolate and mint headline the flavor profile backed by a strong cookie vibe that is sure to highlight the holiday season. Judge this delicious treat for yourself!

Definitely Frances v2.5
FSB's flagship DIPA is named after our brewmaster's elder daughter, with the version number corresponding to her age. The hops used in the recipe change with each version, giving each release a distinctive hops profile. Version 2.5 was brewed and dry-hopped with Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops which gives the beer intense flavors of mango and pineapple.

Lisa's Luck
Winner of the Brewmaster's Choice award during FSB's 2016 Homebrew Competition, by Todd Greiner, and named by and for his friend Lisa Moran, who blogs about "celebrating the thrills of victory, reflecting on the agony of defeat and bounding obstacles while living life with incurable, stage iv, lung cancer." This beer is an amber ale that features malt with notes of sweet caramel, medium carbonation, and a bit of hoppiness to clean the palate in the finish.

Zirkusfest
This traditional Märzen boasts all the flavors one wants in a rich Oktoberfest lager without the heavy finish. The use of Munich malt provides upfront biscuity and honey flavors that fade into a dry finish.

Andechser Doppelbock Dunkel
This world famous bock from Bavaria’s Holy Mountain is not meant to be rushed, but savoured slowly. As solid as a rock, Andechser Doppelbock Dunkel presides over the evening meal with a colour reminiscent of dark copper with nuances of fiery red. Its clear gleaming look harmonises with its firm, fine pored head. Also the aroma delights the connoisseur: soft roasted accents and a nuance of dried fruit carrying a vein of caramel. This Doppelbock Dunkel from Bavaria’s Holy Mountain presents a pleasant effervescence. And then there’s the unmistakable flavour: mouthcoating and velvety, strong and yet pleasantly malty – a powerful, robust body. At the same time, it develops an easily recognisable sweetness, embraced in roasted cocoa and a light, bitter hoppiness. Concluding with a powerful punch, this Doppelbock departs with a lingering aftertaste of quality plain chocolate. A strong Doppelbock that embodies the centuries old Benedictine brewing tradition, sip by delicious sip.

Trotwood
Fireflies flash. Crickets hum. And the campfire, around which you and your companion sit, crackles and smokes. You watch the plumes, as they slip through the arms of old-growth trees, and vanish into an expanse of ancient stars. Perfectly timed, you reach into the cooler, and grab not one can, but two. You look deep into the flames, and smile. As the best stories always do, yours begins. “Remember that time when.” Trotwood Lager. A crisp, cold-fermented beer. Best enjoyed in the middle of nowhere with family and friends.

Saison Dupont
Saison Dupont is a world classic beer and the yardstick for one of Belgium’s most important beer styles. It is the most admired AND imitated Saison in the world. A strong, vital yeast is key to full attenuation and thus to the style. Saison Dupont is straw colored with a dense creamy head. The nose is alive, like fresh raised bread, estery with citrus and spice notes. Full-bodied and malty, it sparkles on the palate and finishes with a zesty hop and citrus attack. Root Beer
Abita Root Beer is made with a hot mix process using spring water, herbs, vanilla and yucca (which creates foam). Unlike most soft drink manufacturers, Abita sweetens its root beer with pure Louisiana cane sugar. The resulting taste is reminiscent of soft drinks made in the 1940s and 1950s, before bottlers turned to corn sugar and fructose. Some soft drink makers add caffeine to their product, but Abita is naturally caffeine-free. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an old-fashioned root beer float. Abita Root Beer can also be used in cooking to create delicious glazes and sauces as well as cakes and other desserts, or you can keep it simple – just pour it into a frosty mug and slurp loudly through a straw.
